I was actually looking forward for some examples. How about a few case studies? Which SHOULD include the mistakes and learnings from them. It&#039;d be invaluable.

And forget it, agencies are not going to do away with numbers anytime soon. Talk to me if you want to know how grave is the situation (Harshil has my number). As you agree, there have to be deliverables, and for agencies, its numbers. Clicks. It&#039;s, as of now, difficult for them to understand Social Media campaigns as branding campaigns. They are looking for numbers, and I do not blame them altogether for we have not completely been successful in demonstrating why numbers should not matter.
